Show Host/Producer: Ximena Latinx partnered with Identity Hormones & Healthcare
The collaboration of our show is to re-introduce a health service provider to the Salt
Lake City LGBTQIA+ community and create ties as we build relationships and provide
quality care to patients. We understand how uncomfortable going to the doctor can be
for someone in our community. We also understand how difficult it is to be seen and
have conversations around HIV and even more so for our transitioning brothers and
sisters. Our clinic (Identity Hormones and Healthcare) is owned and managed by
LGBTQIA+ members and is a specialty clinic providing exceptional medical care for
the LGBTQIA+ community and its allies. We specialize in hormone replacement therapies
and modalities as well as primary care. We have clinics around the country and hoping
to continue growing the already existing relationships we have within our Salt Lake City
location.
